THANK YOU
A huge thank you to everyone involved in
WRESTLECLASH 2 we have alot of people to thank who made the huge
event possible.
Firstly congratulations to Damian Slater who walked away with
the Warzone Championship belt, in a main event spot that
followed arguably one of the strongest cards ever put together
locally, both Slater and Silva delivered and showed why they
have a bright future ahead of them in this country.
Every match on the show delivered and everyone who performed on
the show should be proud of achieving such a high quality
product in Victoria.
Thank you to everyone who attended the event, we were able to
surpass our attendance number in 2008, and especially thank all
of the interstate visitors - both fans and talent who made the
trip over. From fans travelling as far away as Perth, Adelaide,
Canberra and Queensland some of which then lined up in the rain
outside the venue before doors opened. It is truly a testament
to the quality of the interstate performers who all delivered on
the night.
A special thank to you SP Connected, Andrew Senn and all of the
production team who aimed to better last year’s production and
certainly did, even under difficult circumstances at times that
were out of their hands.
Thank you to Mikey J Productions and Two Productions in what
will be an anticipated DVD release with plenty of extras that
were filmed during the day.
Thank you to all of the staff who worked the merchandise
counters and spent the day in setting up and working throughout
the night.
A special thank you to our ring crew, drivers and everyone who
helped on the day of the show and leading up to the show
including all the talent that took the extra step and not only
wrestled on the night but worked on other areas in promoting and
organising leading up to the day which was greatly appreciated.
A number of special children were invited to the event including
a group from the Starlight Children Foundation who all enjoyed
themselves and haven’t stopped talking about it. It’s reasons
like this that we enjoy putting in the huge amount of time
needed for an event like this and we really hope everyone who
attended the show enjoyed themselves in what we feel was an
outstanding show from top to bottom.
